On-Site and Off-Site Services
• Integrated Industrial has established a network ofaccredited and experienced service providers tosupport the customers needs with our on-site /off- site repairs, servicing, testing, re-calibrationand preservation requirements.
• Integrated Industrial proactively expedites the on-site / off-site repair and service requirementsand regularly provides this information back to thecustomer.
• To assist with service/replace evaluations, our experienced team provide comprehensive comparisons covering repair cost, replacementcost including OEM warranty and lead times for alloptions.
• Integrated Industrial provides our customers witha complete repair report detailing the repairs andtesting scope of works. Depending on the Itembeing repaired, a “Reliability Assessment Report”from the repairer can also be provided.
• Integrated Industrial can also offer a wide rangeof mobile and onsite solutions designed to customers specifications. Our customised onsiteworkshop and warehouse solutions can includematerials, tooling and consignment stock to-gether with asset management software.
• Equipment hire facilitation for general tools andequipment, gang boxes (empty or fitted out withtools), welding equipment, thread cutting equipment, lighting towers through to specialisedpipe crawlers.
• RO Plants, including on-site Installation, commissioning, operational training, RO plantservicing, consumable supply, water quality testing (by NATA approved laboratory), with consumable waste management options.
• Integrated Industrial offer customised VendingMachine Solutions to assist with reducing Costsrelating to Consumption and resulting in ImprovedProductivity benefits. The Connectivity and Reporting options enable a more efficient processof Inventory Management.
