Perishable Product (as % of Total Food) Perishable

have steadily continued to increase

The amounts of these types of products will only go up while % other product will stagnate or decrease

We need to look and new and dynamic ways to promote and distribute these foods

Ways to Display

Building your own racks can be an easy and cool way to display product

Using the promotional display that comes with some items is a great way to showcase specific product

Recipes are excellent to highlight items and make a nice display

Education Counts Healthy options (Chop) is a great way to help

customers make more informed choices

Showing off your variety of produce is enticing and a good way to educate customers on how to use certain products Sampling is another

great way to educate customers and highlight new products and recipes
