Mindfulness of noise• We will now try a mindfulness of breath and body. Noticing as

carefully as you can each in breath and each out breath, and how your body is feeling as whole.

• After each loud noise please try as best you can to notice your breath and body reactions – including any urge to open your eyes, or talk, or check how your friends have reacted.
