About Us
OUR FACILITY
With over 5,000sq ft of production space at our facility
in Flint, we have the ability to deliver projects to your
specification. We are currently extending our building to
create a further 4,000 sq ft of production space. This
area will be a dedicated facility to house fully assembled
projects for production managers and designers to view
in situ.
CNC MACHINING
Highly skilled technicians
operate our 3 axis CNC
machine and are proficient
in Genio CAD/CAM and
AutoCad software.
The large 12ft x 5ft
machining area allows us to
perform routing or
engraving applications to
sheet materials from
acrylic, plywood and
diabond to MDF up to a
thickness of 50mm
PAINT SHOP
Our new building will
house our new paint
shop facility,
complete with paint
frame. We are able to
deliver a wide range
of paint finishes from
decorative scenic art
and cloths to powder
coating and two-pack
paint finishes.
WOOD WORKSHOP
Our wood workshop
combines traditional joinery
skills, fully equipped with the
latest machinery.
This facility allows us to
produce to your
specifications, and typically
output from the wood
workshop includes anything
from scenic flats, rostra,
treads and floor panels to
bespoke sculptures, curved
walls and furniture. METAL
FABRICATION
Our ferrous and non-
ferrous metal
fabrication capabilities
provide a fully
comprehensive range
of services.
We work with all
manner of materials
from light gauge tube
to heavy steel and
platework. We also
offer a steel laser cut
service, and can
provide many different
finishes such as
primers, paints, shot-
blasting and powder
coating.
TRANSPORT
With our small fleet of vehicles, we
are able to offer heavily discounted
rates for delivery.
CREW
We can supply highly
skilled crew for
installations and
removals.
