Step ➋ CONNECT iPad 2 to a USB port on your computer using the included cable. Step ➌ FOLLOW the on-screen instructions in iTunes to REGISTER and SYNC iPad 2. • Sync with music, video and other content from your iTunes library and with your contacts, calendars and bookmarks on your computer. Step ➍ ACTIVATE 3G data service. • On iPad 2, tap Settings. On the bottom right of the Settings screen, tap Reset. Then tap Subscriber Services and select Reprovision Account. Your service will be activated within a few minutes. • To confirm activation of service, look in the top left corner for Verizon 3G. Within 20 minutes of activation, a pop-up window will appear stating that your cellular data plan has updated. SETTING UP iPad 2 Note: To find your mobile number (called “cellular data number” on iPad 2), you have two options: 1) From the home screen, tap Settings > General > About. There you will find the cellular data number. 2) Tap Settings > Cellular Data > View Account, then enter your email address and password.
