• Schedule meeting• Vision for Fall 2011, SY11-12• Backwards plan to understand what will need

to be done this summer• Assign owners• Make plans to stay in touch: schedule calls,

email check-ins, back to school meeting, etc.

EOYP: Transitions• Identify which positions will turn over

– Requires a vision for your Fall 2011 organizational chart• Publicize the opportunities and explain the process

– Scope of Work documents• See ED and DOO Scope of Work Documents• Make a project reflection form

– Determine process: elections, appointments, etc.• See SFER Princeton application for one example:
