Implementation of company’s HSE policy& Safety procedures.

Effective implementation of Loss prevention policy

Preparation of the Risk Assessment /J S A for critical job.

Preparation and conduct safety audits & static reports.

Conduct and arrange the safety orientation, different safety courses and craft wise training for new

employees.

Organize the safety meetings/ seminars/ lectures/ conference to promote the safety awareness.

Co-ordinate & implementation of safety management program

Encourage & educate the workers through Bulletin, Banner, Poster, Streamer etc

Promote the safety awareness in workers concern with safety aspect.

Reporting & investigation of any incident (accident /near miss/unsafe act/injury/ property

damage).Identify the cause and give the suggestion for its prevention and keep its record.

Make plan for the protection of environment from pollution.

Arrange safety walk through and meetings with client and submit report.

Prepare an incentive plan and time to time give the awards & incentive to workers.

Implementation of Fire prevention & protection system

Conduct Fire fighting, evacuation drill and basic training

Prepare Emergency evacuation plans for work site and office.

Make sure the weekly tool box talk will be given at site.

Monitor daily tool box talk/ job start meeting which will be given by Area supervisor.

Implementation of work permits system procedure.(Hot work, cold work, confined space, gas release

permit)

Monitoring & Inspection of work site on daily basis to ensure the implementation of safe practice and

procedures.

Provide a safe & healthy work environment that is free from recognized hazards and Work condition

should safe in live plant.

Identify the Hazards and rectify immediately.

Immediately stop the any type of violation or unsafe work and advice to field supervisor.

Establish effective control to minimize the work place violation.

Report the unsafe condition to supervisor/Management and rectify immediately.

Prepare & implement the inspection schedule of Firefighting equipment, Fire extinguisher, Electrical &

power tools, and rigging equipments

Maintain proper Housekeeping on site area

Ensure the issue and use of PPEs

Inspection of work site & equipments through different checklist according to

NEBOSH/OSHA/ARAMCO/SABIC standard.

Specially monitor the activity of confined space

Arrange the drinking water / toilet and other facilities for employees

Ensure First aid and fire prevention facilities are maintained on site.
