This film is the story of this day.

PRESENTATION NOTE

Raymond Perdrix is a man of eighty two years. Between 1943 and 1945, he knew the deportation, part of which took place in the camp of Mauthausen, Austria.

During his detention, he met Martial Fressange, his "brother misery."

On 09 July 2005, the two men, accompanied by their families, undertake a return to the camp at Mauthausen.

090705: new date in the personal story of these two men, one more date in history.

# 090705, documentary film produced in a single day, relate this unique experience.

The film takes place in the present, in the instant emotions felt.

It is not intended to contextualize or explain what is past, the way a historic film would do.

On the contrary, the film seeks to reveal the scope of a painful past in the daily life of men who carry within them a history that exceeds.

History becomes deaf, impalpable.

Thus, how to say, how to convey?

If the words are in vain, the body bears the scars of past trauma and reveals that the words can not reach.

The film is a time of travel: trains, planes, cars are vehicles to travel through time, a quest where distances exacerbate.

# 090705 is a road movie whose destination is unknown.
