Shanawaz Group started slightly more than a decade ago as a one-‐bus transport service, and with years of perseverance and hard work, has transformed itself into a 400+ buses operation today, spanning the breadth of this great nation of UAE, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

I dedicate this success story to all our employees and staff, who have worked tirelessly to achieve set targets and milestones and have brought Shanawaz Bus Rentals LLC to the forefront of the passenger transportation industry in the UAE. We pride ourselves on the timely delivery of services completely customized to our client’s needs. I believe that on the outside, our company has grown in size, but on the inside we still think and work like a smaller company. Thinking this way gives us the smaller company perspective, and helps us better manage our clients and keep their trust in us at par. Going forward, I would like us to stay the course on what we have done so far, and at the same time I look forward to implementing better technologies in our businesses that would add to our efficiency, and would also make for easier lives for our customers and other stakeholders.

Over the years we have been constantly trying to reinvent ourselves with the current times, and as

such we have come up with a host of businesses to better serve the residents of UAE. But at the

heart of it all we have our transportation business that drives us forward and makes us proud of

what we have accomplished as a young company in the last decade.


Business Overview

To better serve you, we have acquired buses of every shape and size. After having elaborate

conversations with you and going through your requirements, we suggest the right vehicle that

is cost-‐effective for you and serves your needs precisely. Our business model includes leasing

vehicles for short and long-‐term contracts, with and without drivers. Our leases are priced

competitively, keeping in view the latest market trends.

We maintain a fleet of late model buses ranging from 9-‐seater Toyota Hiace vans to 82/83-‐

seater Ashok Leyland buses and everything in between, to meet your diverse needs. A dedicated

round-‐the-‐clock maintenance crew keeps our buses in great condition, and on the rare occasion

of a breakdown, we make it a priority to provide immediate vehicle replacements as soon as

possible, to ensure you have a hassle-‐free experience.

One of our dedicated focus areas is the Oil and Gas industry of UAE, especially in Abu Dhabi. We are a TAKREER registered company and all our buses running at oil fields come with site-‐specific CNIA security passes, to enable them to freely move in the specific oil field sites. Our buses also come equipped with all the government mandated safety and security features, to ensure the safety of the passengers. We have also taken steps to establish 24x7 maintenance crews on remote locations (near oil fields) where our buses are running, to enable quick repairs and on-‐site maintenance as and when necessary. Doing so helps us to minimize the time lost in transporting buses to and from the city of Abu Dhabi for maintenance and repair purposes.

For our buses serving corporate offices, schools and hotels, we have in place late model buses, with all the required safety features as we see fit and also as mandated by the government. Hotels signing up long-‐term with us also have the option of branding the buses with their insignia. We keep back-‐up vehicles always ready to be mobilized in case of emergencies or breakdowns, to ensure our passengers reach their destinations in time. We operate professional drivers who are trained for their respective responsibilities. We take the safety of our passengers very seriously and make sure our drivers understand this too.

Through our sister-‐concern companies, we also rent out a wide variety of heavy equipment, machinery, and other multi purpose vehicles to our clients in the construction and engineering sector. We have at our disposal low-‐bed and flatbed trailers (25T and 50T), boom trucks (3T, 7T, 10T), forklifts, excavators, 6-‐wheel trucks, backhoe loaders, cranes (4x4), Water tankers (sweet water, salt water, sewage water), skid-‐steer loaders, 3T Pickups, double cabin pickups, SUVs Etc.

Compliance with all the rules and regulations of the local authorities plays a major part of our business, which enables us to build a strong business that’s grounded in reality. In addition to the general compliance matters, all our buses are comprehensively insured (subject to the insurance company’s terms and conditions). All the buses that we supply to the Oil and Gas Industry in Abu Dhabi come along with CNIA security permits, which provide for hassle-‐free movement across the respective oil and gas fields. The buses that we provide to schools and universities are all in compliance with the local transport authorities such as RTA, AD-‐DOT, ADEC, etc. Sometimes we have exceeded the minimum expectations of governing bodies and this is solely due to our own system of self-‐imposed evaluations.
