I've had the pleasure to work with Shannon Candio in multiple facets: 1. as a Manufacturer representative calling on her as a hospital customer, 2. having her speak to our team about Value Analysis, 3. as a colleague at the same organization.

One thing that has been consistent throughout my relationship with Shannon is that she is one of the most incredibly talented educator within the hospital market, value analysis market, and the Supply Chain market. Over the time spent with her, I've seen her develop processes and procedures from ground up, making them some of the most valuable programs state and countrywide.

I've had the good fortune of working with Shannon over the past few years. She has repeatedly demonstrated her thorough understanding of the healthcare industry from both the provider and supplier perspective and brings her contagious positive energy to all of her projects. At Owens & Minor, Shannon helped lead the way for several organizational learning initiatives and played an integral part in bringing to market the industry's first Value Analysis Healthcare Professional certification.

Shannon will be successful in whatever path she chooses because of her education, skills, positive attitude, work ethic and ability to generate results.

RYAN MEARINI CLIENT DIRECTOR, CHI AT OWENS & MINOR

I have had the opportunity to work with Shannon on several projects during her time at O&M. Her entrepreneurial personality stood out as one of her strongest assets. She conceived of unique and original programs, managing them from conception through execution. The program that I personally worked with her on, Higher Education Learning Events, led to increased revenue and margin for the organization while reaching key clinical constituencies in a new, invigorating way. She created an actionable plan, involved all of the right teammates, and successfully pitched her concept to the CEO. After launching her program, Shannon used LEAN principles to add to the programs cache and improved the quality and outcome of each subsequent event.the quality and outcome of each subsequent event.

THADDEUS MAC KRELL DIVISION VICE PRESIDENT, OWENS & MINOR

I have found Shannon Candio to be a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task. During my time at Medegen Medical Products, she was one of our most consistent high performers.
