Steering Committee/ All-Member Future Meetings

Current All-Member Meeting Dates: Sept 17 LLFNov 19 LLA January 21 Room BMarch 18 Room BMay 20 Room B

In an effort to maximize value of steering committee meetings, should they only be scheduled on an as-needed basis (budget approvals) or continue as a routine meeting?

If so, should we establish a steering committee meeting time that perhaps does not immediately precede the all-member meeting?

All-member meeting time- alternate locations/ times to increase in-person participation? Currently 3rd Wednesday of the

month quarterly from 9-12 Lancaster County Extension or Health

Dept. have been proposed as alternate locations
