HYPACK IntegratesVelodyne Laser

HYPACK informs it has recentlyworked with the Velodyne HDL32Etopographic laser. Dave Maddock of HYPACK integratedthe unit to receive data from all 32channels. A drive around the local Lowe'shardware store, using a Novatel CSpan RTKGPS is shown. The Velodyne HDL32E lasermeasures 5.7" x 3.4", can be mountedin a variety of angles and generates upto 700,000 points per second with arange up to 70 meters. The new integration will be availableshortly as an update to HYPACK 2015.• laser • Dave Maddock • Lowe's
