• Charities selected projects and adapted individual surveys

• Tranche 1,2 & 3 collection of data from Jan’18 onwards

• Input of information into required spreadsheets

Hospitals Charity submitted data on patient support, relating to four grants. Patients, family

and friends completed the questionnaires.
