Overview – CLD Partnership
The collection of data on community learning and development (CLD) activity. This is intended to provide indications of levels of participation in CLD across each of the three national priority areas:
– Achievement through learning for adults (DD1)– Achievement through learning for young people (DD2)– Achievement through building community capacity

Youth Partnership Outcomes
• Young people are well developed personally, socially and emotionally, able to take responsibility and prepared for independent living.
• Increased access for young people to services and information when they need it.
• Increased uptake of opportunities to raise educational attainment, employability and life chances.
• Young peoples’ citizenship skills are increase; and opportunities for them to become involved in their local community is increased.
• Young people are actively involved in decision making that affects their local community.
