2 SHAREPOINT SERVICES 3.0 받는 전자 메일 설정 개요

Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services(버전 3)를 사용할 경우 사이트 소유자는 받는 전자 메일 기능을

사이트로 통합할 수 있습니다. 이 새 기능을 통해 각 팀은 SharePoint 목록 및 라이브러리 내에서 전자 메일

메시지를 모을 수 있으므로 사이트 구성원은 추가로 SharePoint 사이트를 열고, 전자 메일을 통해 보낸

콘텐츠를 업로드하지 않고도 다른 팀 구성원에게 보내는 전자 메일을 보관할 수 있습니다. Windows SharePoint

Services 버전 3 에서는 대부분의 목록 및 라이브러리 유형에 고유한 전자 메일 주소를 할당할 수 있으므로

이러한 작업이 가능합니다. 사이트 구성원은 전자 메일을 보낼 때 전자 메일 클라이언트 응용 프로그램의 받는

사람 또는 참조 상자에 해당 목록의 전자 메일 주소를 추가하거나, 해당 목록의 전자 메일 주소 및 다른 사이트

구성원의 전자 메일 주소가 포함된 메일 그룹에 전자 메일을 보낼 수 있습니다.

전자 메일 지원은 웹 응용 프로그램 수준의 중앙 관리에서 설정됩니다. 이 수준에서 전자 메일 지원이 설정되면

사이트 모음 수준에서도 전자 메일 지원이 기본으로 설정되지만 최상위 사이트의 소유자가 사이트 모음

수준에서 전자 메일 지원 설정을 해제할 수 있습니다. 전자 메일을 사용하는 사이트 모음에서 만드는 모든 새

사이트도 전자 메일을 사용할 수 있습니다. 사이트 소유자가 만드는 하위 사이트의 모든 목록에서 기본적으로

전자 메일을 사용할 수 있는지 여부는 하위 사이트를 만들 때 선택하는 옵션에 따라 달라집니다. 또한 목록을

만들 수 있는 권한을 가진 모든 사용자는 전자 메일을 사용하는 사이트에서 목록을 만들 때 해당 목록에 대한

전자 메일 주소를 선택할 수 있습니다.

3 테스트 환경

3 대의 서버로 구성되어 있다. 아래와 같이 Test 를 진행하였다.

4 SHAREPOINT SERVICES 3.0 받는 전자 메일 STEP BY STEP

1. MSCRM 서버 (SharePoint 3.0) 이 설치된 서버에 SMTP 를 설치한다.

2. IIS 에 SMTP 가 올라왔나 확인한다.

3. SharePoint 중앙관리 페이지에서 “작업” 메뉴 클릭 후 토폴로지 및 서비스의 “받는 전자 메일 설정”를

클릭한다.

4. 받는 전자 메일 설정 부분에서 아래와 같이 세팅을 한다.

5. Active Directory 컨테이너 부분에는 아래와 같이 세팅을 했다.

OU=test,OU=단군소프트,OU=TanGunSoft,DC=TanGunSoft,DC=com

받는 메일용 SMTP 메일 서버 : mscrm.tangunsoft.com

6. Int 서버의 AD 를 확인하면 5 번에서 세팅한 부분에 OU 를 지정했다고 생각하면 된다.

7. 전자 메일 서버 표시 주소 아래와 같이 세팅했다.

8. SharePoint 최상위 페이지를 이동한 후 좌측메뉴의 문서센터 > 문서를 클릭한다.

9. 설정 > 문서 라이브러리 설정을 클릭한다.

10. “받는 전자 메일 설정” 클릭한다.

11. AD 에서 test OU 폴더를 확인한다. .

12. 받은 전자 메일 부분에 메일 받을 계정을 입력한다.

13. 자동으로 AD 항목중 test OU 에 아래와 같이 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있다.

14. Exchange 가 설치된 서버에서 계정 선택 후 전자 메일 주소 탭을 클릭한다.

15. 새로 만들기를 클릭한다. 참고로, Exchange 정책으로도 진행 할 수 있습니다.

16. 새 전자 메일 주소 부분에서 SMTP 주소를 선택 후 확인을 클릭한다.

17. 메일 알리아스를 @tangunsoft.com 으로 쓴 후 확인을 클릭한다.

기본적으로 @mscrm.tangunsoft.com 나타나기 때문에 아래와 같이 진행하면 된다.

18. 메일이 생성된 것을 확인할 수 있다.

19. Client PC 에서 Outlook 를 실행한다.

20. 공유 문서의 받는 전자 메일로 세팅한 부분의 계정으로 E-Mail 를 보낸다.

21. 공유 문서 부분에 자동으로 등록되는 것을 볼 수 있다.

22. 이번에는 공유 문서 부분의 작업 메뉴 “Outlook 에 연결”을 클릭한다.

23. Outlook 이 열리면서 아래와 같은 알림창이 나타나며 “예”를 클릭한다.

24. Outlook 좌측 메뉴의 SharePoint 목록 부분에 “단군소프트-공유문서” 부분이 나타나며, SharePoint

공유문서와 동기화가 된다.
