3. ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL MUST FOLLOW MUTCD PART 6 "TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL."
2. ALL CONSTRUCTION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED UNDER TRAFFIC UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.
