Created an entire plant layout in Visio - to scale.

Projects Electrical Vehicle Team: Working on a project team to convert a Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R race bike to

fully electric, involved in SolidWorks part management, Design team for motor and battery mounting, CAD/3D scanning bike, and assembly of multiple electric bicycles. Fatigue Analysis: Led a team of6 to compose a repo1t involving the testing and analysis of 1018 CRS. Using the DMAIC approach and Six Sigma tools we compared the fatigue characteristics of the steel to published values and explored all potential sources of variation. DYOE Project: Worked with a partner to design our own experiment to test a model Ford truck in a wind tunnel to quantify fuel savings. Tested several rapid prototyped bed cover designs on the market and custom designs. Power Generator Design Project: Currently part of a group working on a project involving the conceptualization, design, and analysis of a military grade electric power generator. Working on the implementation of on-site waste as a fuel source. Optimizing cost, performance, and size specifications.
