Dimensions, Timber and Finishes‘Rustic’, ‘Aged’ and ‘Extremely Aged’beams and shelves are produced from solid air-dried European Oak,cut from the heart of the log. They feature natural knots, splits and shakes. ‘Rustic’ beams have mainly smooth surfaces with just a little distressing to the corners and edges. ‘Aged’ and ‘Extremely Aged’ beams are carefullycrafted to enhance the natural featuresof the timber and authentically replicatethe appearance of old beams. Hollowbeams and shelves are fabricated from21mm kiln dried oak. Thus they can bemade to any size and are much lighterin weight than a corresponding solidbeam. Other beams, surrounds and shelves in the brochure are manufactured from first quality kiln-dried timber.

Timber being a natural product, is subject to a degree of movement under extreme conditions. Whilst wewould expect very few problems wecannot guarantee its performance.Painted shelves and surrounds aremanufactured from high quality MDF.

We offer a made-to-measure service on most of the productswithin this brochure. Beams can be cut to any length.
