We have our own professional engineering team organized by 17 project engineers and 12 designers, they are working together with sales team to guarantee quick turnaround. Precisioner provides one-stop service for our customers from initial design, sketch to ideal molds in 30-45 days, and more than 95% of our built molds can be directly into mass production after T1 based on strictly quality control during construction. Precisioner is not only focus on the quality, delivery time, but also think highly of customer’s cost. Our engineering team provides suggestion to save cost and time while analyzing and evaluating process, meanwhile , customer will get a price breakout list to know the real cost. Since year 2014, Precisioner exported customized molds over 500 sets to the worldwide, we supply a wide range of industry from automotive, telecommunication, electronic, mechanical, medical equipment, household appliance etc. In order to build a better service system, Precisioner has been set up office in HongKong. All salesmen with over 3 years working experience, and specially trained by engineering team before became a member of Precisioner. Precisioner founded in 2009, with dreams and rich experiences in die casting die design and construction whom wanted to build a reliable, high-quality, professional die casting die factory to promote a faire competition and transparent market in the world. From 2009 to 2011, 100% molds for domestic market in China. In 2012, based on our good reputation in China, we got our first oversea order from America recommended by our Chinese partner. From 2013 to 2014, over 90% of built molds (more than 500sets) were exported to America, Europe. At the same time, we improved QC system, management and delivery schedule to perform beyond customers’ expectation. We can say we successfully turned to a die casting die factory special for foreign market. Precisioner devote to becoming the leading enterprise worldwide on designing and manufacturing die casting molds.

They all have over 8 years experience in die-casting mold. So, we can help customer finish mold from initial idea, sketch to ideal molds, moreover, we always provide structure analysis report to avoid any risk before production so that save customer’s time and cost.

Largest dimension of mold we can build: a) Mold Insert: 900mm*1600mm (designed and manufactured by Precisioner); b) Mold Base: 2000mm*1800mm (cooperating with our mold base supplier). Production Capacity: 30-40 sets of molds per month (one set includes: one die casting die and one trim die); Mold insert material: Always use genuine ASSAB8407 and ASSAB8418 made by Uddeholm.

For Die Cast Dies that fit 500T ≤ DC machines ≤ 800T, the margin rate is 17%! 2. For Die Cast Dies that fit DC machines > 800T, the margin rate is 12%! 3. For Die Cast Dies that fit DC machines < 500T, and all the trim dies, the margin rate is 20%. That is to say, for bigger and more complex dies, our prices will be lower and these should be more competitive to your customers.
