Chief Operating OfficerOversaw and administered the day-to-day business operations, including providing long-range leadership, developing and managing department, and agency budgets. Created and developed all JCC mental and behavioral health programs, and had direct oversight of all Social Work Directors.

Hired, trained, and supervised a dynamic management team dedicated to providing the highest levels of client care and excellent customer service.

Successfully raised over $500,000 annually for the Sunrise Day Camp for Children with Cancer through strategically planned carefully executed and well promoted walk-a-thons, which generated an overwhelming response from new prospects, volunteers, and seasoned donors.
