AMASCO has an experienced team of service engineers,

welders, fabricators, mechanics and assistants that are

available 24/7 to carry out a range of services for

our clients worldwide.

Besides this, we are involved in the construction of various types of coastal

harbor, inland crafts and vessels. With our present capacity we can produce a

minimum of two vessels per year.

With a large quayside fabrication yard equipped with dry / wet berths and

serviced by gantry / mobile cranes, we have the capacity to construct

vessels & large structures in a limited amount of time.

Our lay-up berth offers space for vessels of all classes and sizes up to

240 meters with 9 meters draft at berth. This berth is available for

planned or emergency maintenance and repairs.

With our fabrication facility in close proximity, the berth is

served with all resources to carry out the repairs in a

cost-effective and timely manner.

Services for the oil & gas Industry (not limited to);

PIPINGWORKS

AMASCO designs and fabricates pressure vessels

conforming to the requirements specified by A.S.M.E.

boiler and pressure vessel code (Section VIII Div.1).

AMASCO can certify pressure vessels (pressure retaining items) for new builds,

alteration / modification & repair as per ‘R’, ‘U’, ‘PP’, ‘NB’ and ‘S’ stamp codes,

applicable as per ASME. This covers all certified works that can be carried out on

pressure vessels as per class requirement.

Our in-house facility equipped with heavy-duty rolling machines, 6m x 6m column &

boom welding manipulator with 125 ton rotators fitted on rails, PWHT furnace, hydro

testing equipment & blasting / coating facility, allows us to produce process towers up

to 30m in height / length in minimum time.

The heaviest pressure vessel produced was an amine contractor, weighing 60 ton,

23m high & with 65mm shell thickness.

AMASCO provides specialized teams of experienced

personnel who take up extensive piping work for the

oil & gas, shipping, power & other industrial sectors.

Our work includes fabrication & installation of high / low pressure piping, process

piping, stainless steel piping & other industrial piping requirements.

AMASCO has a large team of committed fabricators &

certified welders, led by well experienced & technically

sound personnel. With well-equipped fabrication &

machine shops we are able to successfully undertake

various complicated & heavy fabrication works in various

locations around the United Arab Emirates.

Our endless list of satisfied & recurring clients are from the oil & gas industry, marine /

shipping industry & various other industrial sectors like; cement plants, power plants,

pharma-chem production plants, etc.

Our fabrication / production shop is well supported by machinist, electrical / mechanical

technicians besides blasters / painters, masons, assistants, etc., to cover all requirements

for our clients as a one-stop-shop.

Our key equipment includes Mobile cranes (up to 50T), forklifts, gantry cranes in all

facilities (up to 25T), rolling machines, column & boom welding manipulators (6m x 6m),

driven rotors & idlers (up to 125T), besides various other equipment.

Our welders are certified by various classification bodies &we have numerous approved

The mechanical works division is specialized and equipped

to undertake various mechanical services towards

shipping / marine, oil & gas and other industrial plants.Some of the common works include (not limited to) engines, turbo chargers,

generators, I.G & F.D. fans, various pumps, valves etc.

AMASCO undertakes the following works on valves:

The Electrical division covers all Breakdown and Preventive

Maintenance on Power Generating Plant and Distribution Systems,

AMASCO owns a REWINDING FACILITY with varnishing tank and

oven to undertake rewinding works on Motors and Generating

Equipment plus Transformers of any size. The division also

carries out maintenance of Motors and Generators.

The division undertakes annual maintenance contracts for

industrial installation, in addition to maintaining much

larger Marine Reefer and Air Conditioning installations.

Situated inside Umm Al Quwain free zone, with the quay side located nearby, our facility

spans 4,000m2, with a covered / secured area of 3,600m2.

Our facility has dedicated / qualified technicians & is equipped with (but not limited to)

dynamometer (capable of load testing any engines up to 3200HP), paint shop, engine

rebuild center, fuel pump test bench, tool room, stand by generator, etc.

BLASTING& COATING

AMASCO has the personnel, facilities & equipment to

carry out blasting &coating services at our client preferred

location or at our facilities in Dubai or Umm Al Quwain.

Our capabilities include (not limited to) internal & external blasting and coating of various

structural & piping items, as well as ship’s side, main deck and accommodations.

On site blasting is carried out using sand, copper slag or garnet. For piping, external

and internal spin–blasting down to minimum 3 inch (I.D). For internal spin-spray

application down to a minimum 8 inch (I.D).

We also offer our clients additional coating services like galvanization

& vulcanization (rubberizing) if required.

AMASCO offers a range of diving services, catering mainly

to the special requirements for the marine / shipping

and oil & gas sectors.

This division of the company carries out underwater inspection / surveys,

maintenance and repair work.

A major requirement for the marine industry is underwater surveys, which we carry out

on numerous vessels for major classification societies. This includes utilizing underwater

video recording equipment with two-way communication and still digital underwater

photography which is used to compile comprehensive reports. Underwater inspection

work is also done for well-known paint companies in this region.

Our division is equipped with several cleaning and polishing machines as well as wide

range of brushes and polishing disks required for underwater hull cleaning and propeller

polishing. A specially designed rotary brush kart equipped with pressure and speed

control valves enable us to achieve a superior cleaning result.

AMASCO marine / shipping division has a fleet of

nine self-owned vessels and offers a range of services

in this region.

Supply of fresh drinking & distilled water to vessels at anchorage of all U.A.E. ports. < With the capacity to supply 1500 metric tons at a time with a pumping rate of 100 metric

tons per hour, AMASCO is one of the largest suppliers of fresh water in this region.

Transportation of crew / ship store provisions and odd shaped cargo throughout the < Gulf and Arabian Sea, with the capacity to carry up to 500 metric tons on the deck.

We also undertake repair / refurbishment alongside for

rigs and ships. It also incorporates an 18m x 12m blast

room, a 25T Gantry crane on 90m long rail besides

other support services. A 50T mobile crane is also

available in-house for yard movements.

Branch office & workshop
