LTD , New Delhi, India September 2014 - Present Senior Architect March 2010 – June 2012Presently training as a Project manager for a large I.T office, residential and commercial development project coming up near New Delhi. Previously part of the Design team for the Redesign & Renovation of the American Embassy School & Ford Foundation Head-quarters, New Delhi. Produced detail drawings, 3D renders and Presentation drawings. Experience with Onsite execution and Project Management.

SK+I ARCHITECTURE , Washington D.C , USA Architectural Designer September 2013–August 2014Gained work experience in DD, SD, CD & CA stages of a project. Part of the design team for mixed use residential projects in Washington DC & Boston. Prepared concept pack-ages, client presentations, working drawings, details,material boards and 3D views. Ad-ditional experience with On-site work management.

HYPERION DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C, Boston MA, USA Design Intern January 2013 – February 2013Part of the design team responsible for the conceptualization of the proposal for a 12 acre undeveloped property in Maine to a Beach home resort and Spa facility. Con-ceived the Design concept & fabricated working drawings based on material study.

JASBIR SAWHNEY & ASSOCIATES, New Delhi, India Architect August 2010 – March 2011Worked on the Skating Rink, Mussoorie Renovation Project and two distinct Residen-tial projects from the conceptual design up to the tender stage. Experience with Client Meetings, Contractors and Product manufacturers.

RAJ REWAL ASSOCIATES, New Delhi, IndiaDesign Intern July 2009 – December 2009In charge of the publication department at the firm and conducted a series of interviews with Mr. Rewal himself, which were published in the Architecture & Design magazine (a well published journal in India).
