Polywhite is especially formulated to combat dye migration problems on a variety of specialty

substrates, like aprons, jerseys, caps; any material with a heavy dye load.

Bright Tiger is a true bright white ink with a wide range of applications. Excellent opacity, fiber

mat down, low gloss level and good flash properties. Use as a stand alone white or an underbase.

Bright Tiger HV has the same properties as the regular Tiger, only it’s thicker, to provide a

heavier deposit of ink for increased opacity.

White Buffalo is an extremely bright white ink with excellent opacity, fiber mat down, low gloss

level, & fast flash. Use as a stand alone white or underbase.

Quick White is a new premium ink great as an underbase or as a highlight white. Fast flashing

with low tack and excellent fiber mat down, leaving a smooth printing surface. High brightness

and a matte finish. Use on 100% cotton or cotton/poly blends.

Xtreme White is smooth and creamy; it flashes fast and prints through fine mesh counts.

Use as a first down underbase with flash, or as a stand alone white. Good bleed resistance.

Ulano Emulsion

The pot life of sensitized emulsions is 4-6 weeks. The shelf life of a coated screen, properly stored is up to four weeks for Diazo and Dual-Cure emulsions and 6 months for Pure Photopolymer emulsions. Moisture impairs the photosensitivity of emulsion. Emulsion must be completely dry prior to exposing. The emulsion can feel dry to the touch, but moisture may still be present and lead to underexposure.

HSqueegee handles available in wood, plastic and aluminum. Squeegee hardness is referred to as “durometer”, with 60 being softer and 90 harder. Softer squeegees deliver more ink and harder squeegees deliver less ink and allow finer detail. solvent and can be diluted up to 50% with water to dissolve plastisol inks. It is less oily

than BEAN-e-doo and can be used full strength as an on-press cleaner.

Manual Textile PrintersWorkhorse Original and Modular Series This heavy duty rotary printer features precision-machined cast aluminum print-heads mounted on a cast aluminum print wheel. The print-wheel and station-wheel glide on tapered roller bearings around a 2” diameter solid steel center shaft.

The screen set-up adjustments are TOOLS FREE: Dial-In Off-Contact, Micro-Adjust Screen Angle, Super-Responsive Micro-Registration and Bearing-Aided Micro Cinch-Down. Standard Pallet is a generous 15” x 18”. Available options include Side Clamps, Youth Pallet 10” x 14”, Oversize Pallet 18” x 20”, Leg/Sleeve Pallet 5” x 24” tapered.

Flashback Curing Unit

After the print stroke, Flashback slides its thin quartz element in between the garment and the screen. The printed image is instantly flash cured and then cooled. A heat reflector focuses the heat on the garment while protecting the screen. This is combined with built-in Turbo Air Fans to keep the screen and ink cool. There are 5 sizes of flashback available to fit all Workhorse machines, from Freedom to the Javelin. (16” x 18”, 20” x 22”, 22” x 27”, 24” x 36”, 41” x 32”)
