Team Building Day with a difference A team of managers from Sage took over our Gosforth Shop for a day and had a great time, as well as raising a massive £2, 613.29!Mandy Griffi ths, Proactive Team Manager, commented:

The Important Stuff

Many of the jobs involved in our Takeover Days can be physically demanding – please let us know if your team have any physical

restrictions.We will choose your location – our shops all have different

footfall, customers and daily takings. That’s what makes them fun!

You will receive a health and safety briefi ng on arrival and will be supported by a member of our team

This is the second Shop Takeover that I’ve been involved with and I really feel like I’m making a difference and helping the Hospice when I see all the stock being sold. Takeover Days are great fun, so varied and very competitive! It is hard work but it’s worth it – there is a real sense of achievement to see how much can be raised in one day

My grandad was in the Hospice for end of life care, so my grandma was a big supporter of their work. I grew up round the corner too so the Hospice has always been an important charity for us as a family.

Being able to support the Hospice with my colleagues in such a fun and different way was a great challenge and we could all put our different skills to good use to maximise profi ts
