With the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as a spec- tacular backdrop, Liberty State Park is one of the state’s most dramatic parks. It is also the home the Empty Sky 9/11 Memorial. The historic Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal (CRRNJ) sits prominently at the north end of the park. A two-mile promenade, Liberty Walk, links the picnic area, Interpretive Center and the CRRNJ Terminal while presenting visitors with a sweeping view of the Hudson River. An outdoor performance area marks the northern end of the park, while the western portion is dominated by the state-of-the-art Liberty Science Center. Liberty State Park also is the only location in New Jersey with Ferry service to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Liberty State Park is a 1000 acre green oasis in the middle of metropolitan northern New Jersey. With the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as a spec-tacular backdrop, Liberty State Park is one of the state’s most dramatic parks. VISITING THE STATUE OF LIBERTY NATIONAL MONUMENT AND ELLIS ISLAND

Hudson County offers the fastest and most direct ferry service via Statue Cruises leaving from Liberty State Park, Jersey City. Take the Light Rail to LSP. If driving there is plenty of parking onsite.

Go to the Central RR Terminal Building where you can purchase ferry tickets or go to statuecruises.com to pre-purchase tickets and pick them up at the Will Call window.

Statue Cruises is the ONLY authorized official provider of tickets and tours to the Statue of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island.
