Confidence Building Short work centred programme for the long-term unemployed: You will receive a mock interview and a 1:1 advice session from Solihull Council’s Employability Team. You will also receive a Solihull College & University Centre certificate and optional qualifications are also available.

Virtual Reality Experience in our ‘state of the

art’ VR LabWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?: The programme will cover the following: • Personal presentation • Developing effective • Preparing for and attend an interview communication skills • Dealing with problems in daily life • Work awareness • Developing personal confidence • Learning to cope with change • Planning and making journies using public transport • Volunteering opportunities • Contributing to own healthy living • Interview preparation • Using materials and equipment for practical activities • VLR experience at end of course – everyday scenarios and work problems
