We begin to hear a fast gallop sound, gradually growing in volume (asif coming from some distance away). Suddenly, a puppy jumps into theframe, landing right in front of the sleeping wolf with a high-pitched"YIP!"

The adult wolf startles a bit, and lifts his head to look at the puppy, emitting a deep rumbling noise. The puppy stands there, wagging his tail so enthusiastically that his whole body shakes. The puppy sits abruptly, then lifts his head and lets out a high-pitched puppy howl.

The adult continues to look at him, unimpressed. The puppy stands up with a little jump, and looks at the adult again.The puppy again lifts his head and lets out a (longer, this time, andmore insistent) puppy howl. The adult looks at him standing there, still wagging his tail likecrazy, and finally stands up stiffly.

The adult walks over to the pup, a bit menacingly. As he approaches, the pup begins to cower. Finally the pup rolls over, tail between legs, and the adult rumbles a growl and snarls his lip a bit as he sniffs the pup's belly.
