We had a fabulous show and are so pleased to be a new exhibitor with all of your events.
The show was well organized and well attended. The exhibits in Freedom Hall were
beautiful! We always received immediate answers to our many questions and experienced

are located , and I think we should have some new visitors on vacation for this season.

My first experience as an exhibitor was a positive one and I did get a new wholesale
customer, a gourmet shop in Cornelius. Show customers have called and purchased
additional product so the exposure and additional sales was what I wanted to accomplish. It

PRINT ADVERTISING
Twenty nine (29) paid, promotional and digital advertisements in
The Charlotte Observer promoted the show throughout a three
week campaign, generating 4,072,446 impressions.
In addition, local area newspapers including The Weekly
Newspaper Group and Lake Norman Publications ran ads in
their publications, reaching 124,000 readers in Charlotte suburbs.
The show was also advertised in Charlotte Living Magazine,
Charlotte Magazine, The Home Mag, Lake Norman Currents,
Little Ones, Society Charlotte, SouthPark Magazine and Today’s
Charlotte Woman to a potential reach of 419,923 readers.

OFFICIAL SHOW PROGRAM
In addition to ads, the show was also promoted through the Official Show Program, a 36
Page full color, glossy magazine. 110,000 copies of the program were distributed
through SouthPark Magazine, Lake Norman Magazine and The Charlotte Observer
(University Area). An additional 20,000 copies were overprinted for distribution at the
show.

RADIO & PRINT TRADE
To generate additional media exposure, TV and radio stations
throughout the region partnered with the show to conduct
ticket giveaways, interviews and on air promotions. In
addition, community newspapers and magazines across
the state ran advertisements and listed the show in their
calendar of events to promote the show to readers and
advertisers. Combined, this increased awareness through
fun on air and in paper contests for viewers, listeners and
readers.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
Press releases, media alerts and personal outreach by our
Public Relations firm resulted in numerous articles about the
show that highlighted show sponsors, exhibitors, celebrity
guests and special features. In total, press clippings and
articles generated 3,631,700 impressions.

The show connected with thousands of fans through
website, Facebook and weekly E-Newsletter campaign.

COUPONS & TICKETS
Money saving coupon and ticket offers drove attendance. Direct mail coupons were
sent to 110,000 recipients. An additional 800 coupons were mailed to new residents in
the community to welcome them to the neighborhood and to the show. In addition,
thousands of special admission tickets were distributed to sponsors, exhibitors and
media partners.

RETAIL EXPOSURE
Hundreds of posters, table tents and register cards decorated the city and built
awareness locally. Signage was displayed at 59 Harris Teeter locations to promote
the show and discount ticket sales.
