A qualified BI-DIRECTIONAL AMPLIFIER designer/installer with

local knowledge to take signal strength measurements within all

areas of the structure after the shell, interior structure and

windows are completed. A computer generated “heat

map” showing the measured signal strengths within all areas of

the proposed structure to be provided to the City Information

Technology Department. If this computer generated heat map

reveals that there will be insufficient signal strength to support

the City's public safety radio communications network, a

Bi-Directional amplifier system will be required.

As a minimum, G.C. to pre-install conduit up through the

structure within the structure to three potential antenna

locations per floor level and up to the roof level along with a

placement of a future BDA within a secured two hour rated

telecom/electrical room that meets the technical requirements

of the BDA designer - locations to be determined.
