Callers are welcome at ouroffices at Liveridge Hill (on the BirminghamRoad A3400, just north of Henley) where thereis ample free parking. You will find our cheerfulstaff happy to answer any queries.
SHOWTIME BOOKINGS: For a provisionalbooking, a simple telephone call is all that isrequired. We will hold places for you withoutobligation for 7 days. You can book directlywith our Travel Office or through an appointedTravel Agent. (Please note that provisionalbookings will be cancelled automatically ifpayment is not received within 7 days).
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: In order toconfirm your booking, we require payment infull within 7 days. Once payment is received,we will send your confirmation/receipt, thenumber and location of seats booked and pickup time. Please check your confirmationcarefully as late alterations will incur charges.

CANCELLATION:(A) BY THE COMPANY – Should circumstancesarise where, due to less than 20 bookings, weare forced to cancel any theatre excursion, allmonies paid by passengers for that particulartheatre excursion will be refunded. Followingthat, the Company shall be exempt from anyfurther liability.
(B) BY THE PASSENGER – You may cancelyour booking at any time prior to departure,subject to the following conditions:
i) Where tickets cannot be re-sold a £10administration charge will be made plusa charge for the relevant show ticket upto the value of the excursion.
ii) Where tickets are re-sold only a £10administration charge will be made andthe remainder will be refunded to you.
PERFORMING ARTISTS: For some shows, itmay be advertised that a well knownpersonality is taking a starring role. We cannotbe held liable, if on the date of our visit, thepersonality is unable to perform and is replacedby an understudy.
ALTERATIONS: The company reserves the rightto alter excursions or prices, or cancel anytheatre excursion listed in this brochure. Manyof our theatre excursions are operated by ourClub Class coaches.
