Designing of Child parts for the Hoses, Teflon Hoses & Pipes. Designing of checking, welding, bending fixtures for pipes. Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) of parts by checking feasibility & TQ (Technical Query) of

parts (hose assembly) Monitor APQP activity as per plan. Checking the part as per customer requirement & if not, modifying or developing new

child parts & checking availability of parts for manufacturing the part. By preparing the PFD & control plan prepare the plan for manufacturing the part. Planning of PPAP submission & PSW approval from customer. Preparing Job Card in ERP for part production. Define the plan to validate the process. Set the variable process parameters by doing

various experiment as per requirement of product.
