Incorporated freight stakeholders into the planning processes via national best practices identified.

Outstanding PlanWorks processes for prioritization; used to inform a $400 million project solicitation

Lessons Learned

• PlanWorks fills a need as a resource of best practices for practitioners

• Project prioritization modules are outstanding

• Visioning modules can be updated to reflect some of the latest trends in scenario planning

• On-going maintenance of PlanWorks will be required to reflect the evolution of performance-based planning
