A. Courses

① Course/Duration

These courses consist of Japanese language, general knowledge of Japan, English, and Mathematics and are designed for

students who are 18 years old or older and possess relevant qualification (12 years of elementary and secondary education)

to enter to university in Japan.

The classes are assigned from Elementary to Advanced according to the individual Japanese language skill level.

1. Elementary Japanese Class: For students to learn casual/every day Japanese conversation, Japanese

vocabulary, and Japanese grammar in order to express themselves in both

spoken and written Japanese.

2. Intermediate Japanese Class: For students who have finished elementary class to further their skills in

spoken, reading, & listening Japanese and to bring written skill up further.

3. Advanced Japanese Class: For students who are considered to be passed intermediate class and are

ready to learn Japanese in every aspect for academic purpose including

written Japanese for university assignments.

B. Qualifications

① Educational history

a. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and possess more than 12 years in total of elementary and

secondary education to be able to gain entry to university in Japan.

b. Applicants who have not completed 12 years of elementary and secondary education but have been considered

as equivalent to those who have by the principal of Shunki Language Institution.

② Personal qualification

a. Applicants who wish to study at universities in Japan must possess the basic education through more than

12 years of education mentioned as above.

b. Applicants must have strong and genuine interest to learn Japanese with equivalent to the Japanese Language

Proficiency Test level 4 or studied Japanese greater than 150 hours.

③ Financial requirement

Applicants must have access to sufficient funds to support themselves for the total period of the intended stay

depending on their courses (including proposed course fees, living costs and travel costs regardless of whether

permitted to work in Japan during the course period.

④ Character and health requirement

All applicants are required to meet Japan’s health requirements and must abide by Japanese law.

D. Screening

The entrance examination and a personal interview will be conducted in designated place.

③ After examination of ① ②,applicant should submit application requirements(Ⅱ).

④ The Shunki Language Institute will issue the permission to enrolment by mail if the applicant passes the screening.

1. This Insurance is to cover 30% that is not covered by National Health Insurance.

2. This Insurance is for students who study in Japanese Language School.

3. As long as you belongs this school, Most of the payment for medical expenses are returned except on teeth.

③ Deposit

Student can pay tuition as deposit to the account of the Shunki Language Institute prior to applying

a Certificate of Eligibility.

④ The payment should be made by bank money transfer to the account of the Shunki Language Institute

to applying a Certificate of Eligibility

F. Dormitory

Basically, all new students are required to stay in the dormitory provided by the Shunki Language Institute for their first 6

months.

G. Terms and Conditions of Refund

If the application for a Certificate of Eligibility is rejected by

the department of immigration.

Shunki Language Institute will refund all tuition and fees less

the bank money transfer fee and application fee.

If the department of immigration issued a Certificate of

Eligibility, however the student does not apply for a student

visa.

Shunki Language Institute will refund all tuition and fees

less the bank money transfer fee and application fee.

But, The student must return the permission to enrolment

and the Certificate of Eligibility.

If the application for a student visa is rejected by the

department of immigration.

Shunki Language Institute will refund all tuition and fees less

the bank money transfer fee and application fee.

But, The student must return the permission to enrolment

and must prove rejection of the visa.

If the department of immigration issued the visa, however the

student cancels the course before or after arriving in Japan

Shunki Language Institute will not refund the fees.

(The part expect the remittance charge is returned at all the times of return)
