Description: The project involved expanding the Address field from 30 char to 50 char. The client was soon going to run out of the Address limits associated with their prescriptions. Purpose was to analyze and com -

plete changes required in Process and interfacing applications to process Address Field. Initially, Process was able to process Address Field up to 30 char only. It involved understanding the Application landscape of the Client and identifying the various applications that would get impacted due to the Upgrade. It involved all phases of SDLC cycle.

Role and Responsibilities:

Analyzing the requirements. Design of Flow Chart. Build of the Program. Writing test cases. Performing unit and system integration testing.

2. Project : Dollar ,Quantity Field ExpansionClient : CVS Caremark, Duration : 7 Month

Description: The proposed state is to expand dollar and quantity fields to support larger values. Quantity to NUMBER (10, 3) and amount related fields to - NUMBER (10, 2). In initial phase, only billed quantity will be modified and the entire system needs to be analyzed to identify the quantity and amount calculations and modify the system accordingly. It also involved understanding the Application landscape of the Client and identifying the various applications that would get impacted due to the Upgrade. It involved all phases of SDLC cycle.
