Experienced investors can trust our traditional stockbroking advice. Those new to investment can guarantee trusted advice explained simply.

A FOCUSED AND

INDIVIDUAL SERVICE

Established in 2004, our aim is to offer simple

and traditional stock market advice. We do

this by combining expert analysis with your

investment objectives – be it planning for your

children’s financial future or safeguarding your

own retirement plans – to create a balanced

share portfolio that works for you.

New investors are given trusted advice, explained

simply. Experienced investors gain a stock market

partner who is working on their side, to act as a

trusted sounding board.

We are truly independent – which means

we have no ties to any products or providers.

It’s simply a case of tailoring our advice to your

needs, whatever your level of experience.

Our Status

SI Capital is Authorised and Regulated by the

Financial Conduct Authority and a member

firm of the London Stock Exchange.

Our Culture

We believe that creating the right culture starts

with employing the right people. Most of our

team have been with us for ten years or more,

which enables us to build long-lasting trust-based

relationships with our customers.

Based in the heart of Surrey with vast city expertise and experience, SI Capital is

a leading professional and approachable team of investment advisors.

Ours is a relationship you can trust and, as an established SI Capital customer, we will build an understanding of your unique objectives and tailor our advice accordingly.

TRADITIONAL. TAILORED.

TRUSTWORTHY.

We’re approachable and we believe in human, not

automated relationships. There are no call centres

or scripts, just warm and friendly advisors happy

to help on the phone or in person, whenever you

need them.

Ours is a relationship you can trust and, as an

established SI Capital customer, we will build

an understanding of your unique objectives

and tailor our advice accordingly – after all, we

understand that your own circumstances, as well

as the stock market, may change. We react to

changing circumstances to keep your portfolio as

healthy as possible, and help you become more

knowledgeable about the market you’re investing

in, in the process.

At SI Capital, we take a traditional approach to investment. Our services are

completely bespoke, whether you’re an experienced or a new investor looking

for advice, or a family, company or trustee looking for help when it comes

to making decisions about what to invest, where, and how to do so.

You will be able to access your funds within 48 hours. No ties, no lock-in periods, just total peace of mind.

You will receive a statement bi-annually, plus a tax

year-end statement that includes a consolidated

tax voucher for every trade. Dividends can be

retained on share accounts, or paid quarterly,

whatever suits you.

Your funds are always liquid, too; we don’t put

your money into funds, trusts or products that

require notice. You will be able to access your

funds within 48 hours. No ties, no lock-in periods,

just total peace of mind.

We feel it is important to provide you with one dedicated point of contact.

Therefore, once you have opened an account, you will be assigned a senior

advisor from our Investment Team who will be available whenever you need

them. They will help you build your portfolio according to your specific

objectives, and you will also have 24/7 online access to your portfolios.

ISAs

SAVING STARTS HERE

Long-term, an ISA could be a great way

to put aside school fees, pay off the mortgage

or contribute towards your pension. But short-

term, if you transfer your existing ISA to SI Capital

or open a brand-new ISA with us – you have

the opportunity to benefit from our advice

and research.

Our aim is to help you be smarter with your ISA

and save for a greater purpose. So what are you

waiting for?

What is an ISA?

• An ISA (Individual Savings Account)

is a tax-free way to save or invest.

• The interest on a cash ISA is free from tax,

which means you keep any interest you earn.

• Each tax year starts on 6 April and you get a

new ISA allowance. For the tax year 2016/17,

the ISA allowance is £15,240 for cash, Stocks

& Shares and Innovative Finance ISAs, and

£4,080 for Junior ISAs.

• Cash ISAs have similar features to savings

accounts, but the interest you earn is tax-free.

You’re allowed to save up to your annual

ISA allowance.

• You can put your Stocks & Shares ISA

allowance into a range of investments.

Any gains you make are tax efficient.

Create a flexible tax-free future by setting up or transferring your ISA

to SI Capital.

What’s not to like about an ISA (Individual Savings Account)? With a tax-free

allowance of £15,240 until April 6th 2017. ISA’s offer the flexibility and security

to save in a way that suits you.

LEGACY

PROTECT YOUR ESTATE

Using a tax relief created by the UK Government in 2000,

SI Capital can help you optimise the transfer of part of

your Estate to your beneficiaries by investing in qualifying

shares. Our team will do this by investing your money in

companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market

(AIM) – the London Stock Exchange’s international market

for small, growing companies. This money, and any growth

achieved by it, will fall outside of your taxable Estate two

years after the date of investment. Importantly:

• the shares remain in your name

• you can access your portfolio within 48 hours.

This money, and any growth achieved by it, will fall outside of your taxable Estate two years after the date of investment.

Inheritance need not be too taxing if you

invest in the stock market

Inheritance Tax (IHT). Two words sure to

strike fear into the heart of anybody who has

worked all their life to leave a financial legacy,

only to face the prospect of their loved ones

losing a significant amount before they can

access their inheritance.

SIPPs

RETIRE WITH CONFIDENCE

If you have an existing pension, SI Capital’s

advisory service can help you invest the money

you’ve saved more effectively. You’ve worked

tirelessly to prepare for your future, so let us give

you the advice you need to help you invest your

money more wisely, for greater benefits.

Make you savings work harder

A pension is one of the most tax-efficient ways of saving for retirement. Like

all pensions, a SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) offers up to 45% tax relief

on contributions and there is no UK capital gains tax or UK income tax to pay.

The tax benefits will depend on your individual circumstances and tax rules are

subject to change by the government.

Execution-only dealing

Our traditional ‘relationship-based’ stockbroking

service includes swift execution of orders, market

sentiment and continued phone correspondence

as we look to improve the quoted price and help

you make the right decision.

THE RISKS

We recommend that any potential investor

seeks independent tax and financial advice

before committing.

You should only invest if you have carefully

considered whether you can afford it, and

whether it is right for you.

Unfortunately, all equity investments carry some

form of risk. Share prices can fluctuate, which

means you might not get back any money you

invested. Sadly, past performance is not always

a tangible barometer for future performance.

There are no guarantees.

If trading in AIM or small company shares, there

can be a discrepancy between the buying

and selling prices. If the shares have to be sold

immediately, you may receive much less than you

paid for them. Prices can change quickly, and in

both directions.

Margined products, such as Contract for

Difference (CFDs), can be subject to greater risk.

The effect of ‘Leverage’ or ‘Gearing’ means that

relatively large positions can be controlled using a

comparatively small initial deposit. Subsequently,

both gains and losses can be significantly

magnified to the extent that you could lose

more than your initial deposit in a very short

period of time.

Current tax treatment may not continue and will

depend on your personal circumstances.

INVESTING IS NOT

FOR EVERYONE...

You should only invest if you have carefully considered whether you can afford it, and whether it is right for you.
