3 Outbound Training (OBT) / Adventures

We at Sieger Outbound believe that people will realize better about organizational skills (such as leadership, communication, teambuilding, etc.) if they are trained in action-oriented way rather than more classroom way of teaching. Thus, with years of experience in different industries, we facilitate our training participants in accelerating their thought process in understanding the concept of organizational skills by providing them with our experiential training method. Delivery Mode Sieger offers flexible delivery options. Instructor - Led Classroom This is the traditional face-to-face method of delivery brings together a group of participants and an expert facilitator for a specified duration ranging from a ½ day to 3+ days. Virtual Classroom A virtual classroom is a live, interactive session using web conference technology to engage learners. These pre-scheduled sessions offer an alternative and effective approach to reach a broader target audience. Delivered by one of our expert facilitators, these sessions are designed to replicate many of the same benefits of an instructor-led classroom session while eliminating the need for travel and the cost of training facilities.

e-Learning e-Learning programs leverage technology to provide access to content anytime, anywhere. This mode can be engaged to provide a self-study option or reference tool for participants to offer just-in-time access to information when they need it. e-Learning programs can be developed as independent learning programs or as a blended learning tool to support instructor-led or virtual classroom sessions.

Methodology

Sieger Workshop is provided through the use of intensive role-playings, case studies, brainstorming, trainer talk and demonstration, small group and plenary discussions with exercises and debriefing and simulations. The programme incorporates adult learning principles using a methodology called “STAD Learning (Show, Tell, Ask, Do)”.

We incorporate a high level of interactivity during delivery ensuring that no more than 30% of time is focused on theory, with the other 70% devoted to learner activities.
