• Unused computers should always be left at the Sign In/Out screen

• Remind patrons to Sign In when they arrive and Sign Out when leaving

• At the end of your shift, check for patrons who forgot to Sign Out, and sign them out, doing the best you can to give accurate information

• Gathered stats contribute to the Center’s funding (i.e. computer replacements)

• When you click this button, you are switched between two states: – Clone the desktop to the projector– Display on the computer only

• To use the projector, click the button once. The display will flash and the desktop will be cloned out to the projector

• After using the projector, please click the button to return to displaying on the computer only

• The Display Settings (a.k.a. Screen Resolution) dialogue has been disabled to prevent users from adjusting these settings manually (see next slide)
