If you want a flavored spirit that doesn't have a fake taste to it, you'll have a hard time finding it at the store.Homemade infusions have a fresh, natural flavor, Spectecular aromas and bold new tastes.

All aged in new american oak barriques it is an exciting luxury drinking experience that is offerd to our beloved guests.

Sofitel Signature Rum Fusions:

Barrel #69 – an infusion of red berries, suculent pears and spices. All adding up to delicately crafted floral rum to excite your senses.

Barrrel # 55 – a traditional styled rum fusion. Boasting flavors that are both savoury and sweet. A smooth drink with rich complex tones (of coffee,raisons, vanilla and subtle spice) with a warm finish.

Barrel # 44 – a clean earthy rum with zesty notes. It is a light bodied deceptive rum, with a refreshing well rounded feel.

BAR DISPLAYDisplay Elements3 barrels to be displayed behind bar counter. Glass containing dried fruit ingredients with the make up of each barrel place to the right of each.

Glass per barrel:

#69- strawberries, walnuts,Pears, cinnamon & red sugar.

#55-Coffee beans, raisins, oranges & dried vanilla stick.

#44-Ground coffee, green sugar, lemons, lemon grass & rosemary.

Ingredients

Bacardi 151

walnuts strawberries raspberries

cinnamonpears

Macerate in the bottle for 2 weeks - fine strain 4 times using muslin cloth – strain into barrel age minimum 3 weeks before serve.

Macerate fruits in the bottle for 2 weeks - fine strain 4 times using muslin cloth – strain into barrel age minimum 3 weeks before serve.

Ingredients

For all rums :Serve on beige underliner, with 2 sofitel marked coasters. On each, 2 glasses to be placed and ramequin center piece for accompagnement . Right glass, infused rum and to the left glass with ice ball.

Guest can be prompted to add part of the innedible enhancment into the drink to compliment the flavor profile of the particular rum.

The stirrer would be the innedible object.

All rums priced at aed 60 and served with 6cl measure.
