ConsultingWhy would I need it?• Client needs to know how to best
utilize their datacenter for today and the future.
• Client has COI rules against Consulting and Implementation from same Company
• You need to provide onsite consultants outside your geography or expertise
What’s the bottom line?• Able to provide and bill for
consulting and assessments for your clients when normally you wouldn’t
• Consulting project usually result in 10-12 future projects (Consolidation, DR, Virtualization, etc…)
How do I get started?• What is the Client’s desired end-state?• What do you know about their current
environment?• Where are the locations?• What is the timeline?• What is the Budget?
The details..
• We would want to be involved with the Client during quoting to ensure we understand their current environment and desired end-state.
• When complete, we will provide findings, assessments and recommendations to you and the Client
• You are invoiced at project completion

Hardware/ Software Deployment (IMAC)Why would I need it?• Client needs hardware or software
installed in an area that is difficult for you to deploy Techs
• You have a large project (DC Move, Multi-Site Roll-out) that would consume your Engineering bandwidth
What’s the bottom line?• Able to provide services to your
client without impacting your ability to serve the rest of your business
• Able to accomplish roll-outs near simultaneously allowing for faster project completion and invoicing
How do I get started?• What is the hardware or software that
needs to be installed/ moved or changed?
• What are they currently operating – what do they want done with old equipment?
• Where are the locations?• What is the timeline?• What is the Budget?

• We can manage the project independently or we can work alongside your techs as needed.
• Our Techs can be “White-labeled” as you

lapsed warranty = lots of break/fix needs• Client is considering an OEM warranty
renewal for equipment 3-4 years old• Client is looking for SLA’s faster than NBD at
lower cost• Client has a need for warranty services
charged on a monthly basis
What’s the bottom line?• All of your clients equipment can be
maintained within a set SLA (as fast as 4hr)
• You have visibility to client’s environment to anticipate future needs – and be first to register the deal for new equipment
• Client has flexible and reduced costs for maintenance support
