Welcome to Silent Noise, where wireless headsets allow those people that want to party to do so, while nobody else is disturbed. Here there are several hundred party goers rocking the night away, while around the corner folks

aren’t even aware anything is going on.

To hold one of the most talked about parties in the whole of Mumbai – The Silent Noise by Justin Mason.

To start a new trend of themed parties in Mumbai and International cities.

To reach a large number of people who have been untapped for various reasons, people who want to enjoy club entertainment without being part of over crowded, smoked filled clubs and give them a environment which is safe/hygienic / fun place to party without too many hassles.

• SWOT ANALYSIS OF THE EVENT

Strengths:

• The party shall be held at one of the most reputed venues of Indian Cities and International Destinations, visited by prolific guest and visitors.

• The venues are carefully chosen to compliment the concept giving add on advantages to the venue, visitors/guest and the concept organizers.

• A profitable win –win situation for everyone. • Best time to host such events/parties since it’s a season time, we shall

be able to reach our target audiences and small groups part of corporate/MNC/Financial Org./ Institutes/Media industry.’

• A concept like Silent Noise is not limited and restricted to certain audiences, it caters to most of the circles, from Indian’s/ NRI’s, foreigners/ HNI etc. Expectations of a good crowd a quite high for such event/ parties. Completely safe for women/couple/ even families.

Weaknesses: • Lack of right management and co-ordination create confusion and

kiosk.

•Approach to high profile sponsors ( premium brands, high profile corporate profiles, international companies), We may get the opportunity to get them for our event. •Media Exposure is another added advantage. / Publicity for the event and the organization.

Threats:

•Competition – Illegal replication of our concepts, misleading and cheap events in markets claiming better theme parties.•We need to make sure that our service quality standards are up-to the mark. •The threats and weaknesses are co-related.

Silent Noise is a simple , non complicated theme setup.

We need basic décor for the party a cluster of color full drapes, par cans with different color shades and regular dine setup.

• LICENSES AND PERMITS • Most of the Venues are pre-licensed to

conduct in house events, and most of the permissions are secured on annual basis. ( for e.g. the Liquor and entertainment license)

• In-case of special permissions needed, the organizers shall secure the same on behalf of the venue and performers.

• MARKETING • In-house to the hotel guest and existing clienteles.

• Pre Event press write up.

• Invitations to our Target Group and Audiences through our partner channels.

• Pre package sales to groups, corporate’s, banks, financial institutes, HNI. Etc.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

•The event will have all safety measures needed and required for the smooth run/operation of the event, taking the utmost care and precaution, making sure the guest/invitees are well taken care and guided.

•A concept note with explanation about the event, the usage of headphones, the DJ profiles, the welcome note from the host venue, organizers and performers, F&B details, etc, will be given as welcome kit to all the guest/invitees.

RISK MANAGEMENT

• IDENTIFICATION OF RISKS • As nature is completely unpredictable, we may experience the worst on the event day, since the event is

exclusive outdoors.

• Technical Malfunctions – in the worst possible scenario. Sound system or some other technical problem may occur.

• Managing the crowd – we are catering to high profile audiences and sophisticated crowd with a little mix bag of regular party crowd and socialites.

• Alcohol overdose with some people/group.

MANAGEMENT OF RISKS • God for bid ,If it does rain, and if the venue permits and have the facilities, we can always have the rest of the

party moved back inside,

• A complete check and test run before the event , to make sure all the equipment's are in best and full running conditions, will make sure the vendor is experienced, have the best equipment's and have the successful track records.

• A highly professional event management agency to handle the guest invitations and management in coordination with Venue and organizers. Dedicated hostess and full time availability of the organizers and host venue staff at the event site.

• Experienced and well trained bouncers will be appointed to handle the crowd in case of alcohol overdose / any strange behavior disturbing the other guest.

• A full coordination and request support from the local police station to avoid any untoward incidence and external protection support during the event.
