Heisanexpertwitnessandhasgivenhisprofessionalviewsinmanycourtcasesinvolvingslipandfalls.Robiscertifiedandlicensedinmorethanadozenspecialties. Inaddition,Robhasbeenactiveineducatingandconnectingprofessionalsintheflooringandwalkwayindustryviaanumberofonlineplatforms,fromarticlesandpodcasts. Ron Maes Mr.RonMaesisaU.S.ArmyVeteranandhasenjoyeda26yearcareeratSandiaNationalLaboratories.Hisprincipalbackgroundisinelectro-mechanicaltechnologyandbusiness.Hehasworkedinvariousdepartmentsatthelabswhichinclude;CustodialServices,SatelliteIntegration,HumanResources,SatelliteSystemEngineering,andWeaponsSystemEngineering. RonhasbeenmarriedtotheloveofhislifeCarmelafor36-years.Theyhavetwochildrenandfivegrandchildren.Inhissparetimeheenjoysridinghorseback,his95-poundGermanshepherd(Slick),andspoilingCarmelaandthegrandkids. RoniscurrentlyaTechnicalTeamLeaderinWeaponsSystemEngineering,andplanstoretirefromSandiaNationalLaboratoriesinFebruaryof2016.

Claudia Lezell Ms.ClaudiaLezellhasbeeninvolvedinthefloorcoveringindustrysince1983.Forthepast12years,shehasownedandoperatedaretailinteriordesignandfloorcoveringestablishment.Duringthisperiod,shewasexposedtoawidescopeofpracticalaspectsandapplicationsofinteriordesignandflooringinstallation. In1995,Ms.LezellbeganInspectionsToo,Inc.,afull-timefloorcoveringinspectionandconsultingservice.Ms.Lezellholdsvariouscertificationsthathaveprovidedherwithanenormouslandscapeoftechnicalbackground.Ms.Lezellisconstantlyseekingeducationalopportunitiesandcertificationstoenablehertokeepupwiththeever-changingindustry. Ms.LezellhasledtheIICRCHardSurfaceCertificationFloorCoveringInspectorProgramsince1996;servedastheIICRCHardSurfaceDivisionchair.Sheplansandconductstechnicalseminarsdesignedtoeducateprofessionalsintheflooringindustry.Ms.LezelloversawtheANSIstandarddevelopmentfortheIICRC,relatingtothehardsurfaceindustry.Inaddition,shealsositsonvariousANSIandASTMcommittees. Ms.LezellholdsaBA.Degreeineducation.Shehaswrittenappropriateobjectives,goalsandcurriculumtoexaminationsandeducationalmaterialsmeetingavarietyofeducationalneeds.Ms.LezellwasafoundingmemberoftheFlooringTechnologyInstituteSchooloflearning.Anorganizationthatteachestechnicalinformationtorelatedindustries.

Tom Duchesne Duringhis30plusyearcareerintheUnitedStatesPostalServiceThomasDuchesnehasheldmultipleseniorpositionsinMaintenanceOperations,DistributionOperations,InPlantSupport,PlantManagementandHeadquartersMaintenanceManagement.CurrentlyasManagerofMaintenanceOperations(HQ).Tomandhisgroupestablishmaintenancepolicydirectingover39,000maintenanceprofessionalsincluding16,000inhousecustodiansthroughoutthePostalServices’30,000plusfacilities. In2010Tombeganamajormulti-yearmodernizationprojecttocompletelyrewritecustodialoperationpolicydefinedwithintheUSPSMS-47.Sincethe1960sUSPScustodialoperationswerebasedontheMS-47.SeveralattemptstomodernizethecustodialoperationsfailedwithonlyminorchangesmadetotheMS-47. In2012TominitiatedtheprocesstodeterminethecorrelationbetweenexistingMS-47policyandtheactualactivitiesbeingperformedbyUSPScustodians.In2013thenewprocessandstandardswereextensivelyevaluatedinanAlphaTestconductedattheSaltLakeCitydistributioncenter.AteamofUSPStransitionmanagersweretrainedduringthissuccessfultest. AsofFebruary15,2015,20facilities,with9millionsquarefeetofspacehavebeentransitionedtothenewprocess. TomisaCertifiedPlantMaintenanceManager(CPMM)bytheAssociationofFacilityEngineers(AFE)andaCertifiedMaintenanceandReliabilitySpecialist(CMRP)bytheSocietyofMaintenanceandReliability. TomhasrepresentedthePostalServiceonboththeFederalFacilitiesCouncilandtheNationalInstituteofBuildingSciences.TomholdsbothaLeanSixSigmaGreenBeltandBlackBelt. Tomvaluesfamilyactivities,workingwithwoodandmembershipatalocalshootingclub.Heenjoysspendingtimewithhisgrandchildren.Heandhiswifeof26years,Rosy,havefourchildren.TheyhavesettledinCranberryTownship,PA.

Dominic Bratta DominicL.BrattaistheManagerMaintenancePlanning&SupportfortheUSPostalService.Duringhis37yearcareer,hehasacquiredadiversebackgroundhavingheldpositionsincludingManagerMaintenanceEngineering,MaintenanceManager,andSeniorPlantManager.Since2006hehasbeenresponsibleforIntegratedLogisticsSupportfornationalcapitalacquisitions.DominichassuccessfullynegotiatedseveralchallengingagreementswiththeAmericanPostalWorkersUnionincludingthemostrecentcustodialpolicychanges.CurrentlyDominicisresponsiblefornationalimplementationoftheCustodialTeamCleaningProgram. DominicearnedhisBachelorofScienceatStateUniversityofNewYorkandachievedhisEMBAandGraduateManagementCertificatefromHofstraUniversity.DominicisanexperiencedtrainerandlecturerhavingaddressedsmallandlargeaudiencesbothinternalandexternaltotheUSPostalService.DominicholdsbothaLeanSixSigmaGreenBeltandBlackBelt. DuringtheimplementationphaseoftheUSPSCustodialProject,DominicledtheteamofsubjectmatterexpertsintheAlphaandBetatestofthenewprocessforHousekeepingfacilities.UponcompletionofthebetatesttheteamdevelopedanewMS-47documentincorporatingthenecessarychangesandmodernizingthemanualtomeetcurrentstandards.Usingtheprovisionsintheunionagreement,DominicnegotiatedthememorandumofunderstandingwiththeAmericanPostalWorkersUnion(APWU)thatincorporatedthenewMS-47manual. CurrentlyDominicisleadingtheefforttotransitionfacilitiesfromtraditionalzonecleaningtoteamcleaningwithgoalstohave100USPSfacilitiestransitionedduring2015.ThesefacilitiesarethelargestonesintheUSPSportfolio. Dominicvaluesfamilyactivities,theoutdoors,marksmanship,andcompetitiveshootingsports.Heenjoyshiking,andcamping,andthebeautifulcountrysidewithhiswifeof37years,MaryAnn,andhisdaughterNicole.HehasparticipatedintheannualWorldChampionshipcompetitiveshootingeventforthepast25years.

Williams, Jr., CMRP, MBA, PMP EdwardiscurrentlytheManageroftheSiteResourcesDivisionatBrookhavenNationalLaboratoryinUpton,NewYork.InthisroleheisaccountableforasignificantpartoftheLaboratoryoperationincludingCustodialServices,GroundsMaintenance,CraftLabor,MachineShop,MaintenancePlanners,Maximoapplications,andService-Contractadministration.
