INTRODUCTION
HOW IT WORKS?
A new mobile application is putting Near Field Communications (NFC) technology and smart phones into the hands of the security guards to improve facility security management and raise productivity. It is a cloud-based Attendance Management System for security agencies. The mobile app is designed to improve the way security guards take their attendance timing straight from the smartphones. It is a real-time application that helps management to gain quick access to the attendance of their guards giving accurate timing and reliable data. With the help of this automated attendance management the task can be made simple and easy.
Mobile Attendance allow each shift of security officer to clock in & out from anywhere using mobile. It uses GPS information ensuring the right security guard is at the right place to work. So no need to worry about fake or buddy clocking. This attendance information will be automatically uploaded into our cloud that can be assessed using our attendance web platform and HR payroll to calculate the salary information.
