actions outlined in Appendix D-2 of the Consent Decree associated with the 2.0L Settlement.

Light Duty Zero Emission Vehicle Supply Equipment
Up to 15% of beneficiary Trust Fund allocation to serve following purposes:
• Electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) located in public place, workplace, multi-unit dwelling and NOT at private single-occupant dwelling
• Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle supply equipment
To be funded at:
• 100% EVSE at Government owned property
• 80% EVSE at Non-Government owned property (public)
• 60% EVSE at workplace (not public)
• 60% EVSE at multi-unit dwelling (not public)
• 33% Hydrogen Supply Equipment capable of dispensing 250 kg/day
• 25% Hydrogen Supply Equipment capable of dispensing 100 kg/day
