SimpliMet™ 3000 Automatic Mounting PressThe SimpliMet 3000 mounting press simplifies mounting in any lab with fully autmatic operation and a variety of mold sizes. The electrohydraulic press with touch pad controls allows operators to attend to other tasks during the mounting cycle.

Automatic Operation
• Insulated mold closure keeps heat away from the exterior
• Safe, low voltage controls prevents exterior surfaces from getting hot during the mounting process

• Mold assemblies available in 1in, 1.25in, 1.5in, 2in, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm Diameter
• Quick change system allows for fast and convenient mold change

Changing mold assemblies is quick and easy due to the lower ram dovetail connection design.
Insulated bayonet closure system allows for quick and safe operation.
Compression mounting produces a reliable and consistent specimen mount.
A full range of specimen mounts, from 1-2in [25-50mm] in diameter, can be molded simply by changing the mold assembly.
