Assessment of performance may be based on evidence from a range of sources, for example, self-assessment, peer review, tracking pupil progress, lesson observations, the views of pupils and parents

Appraisal Periods

Appraisal periods are the timeframe for when appraisal related activities take place during the academic year

Whole School Objectives

Whole school objectives (usually taken from the school development plan) can be added, allowing individual staff objectives to be linked with the school objectives. This allows reporting on the progress of the school against these objectives.

Professional Standards

Professional standards are the criteria against which various groups of staff can be assessed

Multiple sets of standards can be created and associated with members of staff
