Multifunction system providing many possible uses as a fixed pitch or a temporary alterna-tive, flexibly adapting to the environment. Elements of the field allow its use for different sports: football, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball.

ELEMENTS:

Side panel is made of sandwich plates, smooth, 24 mm thick, mounted on aluminium frame. Panel size 2010x1022 mm. Construction consist of adaptive construction fitted individually to the conditions of the sport hall, mounted to the roof of the sports hall and mounted directly to it basketball construction that is folded electrically. Both constructions are made from steel profiles that are powder coated in any RAL colour.

As a result, not only must they meet the requirements of athletes, but are also expected to be used for various other purposes. If there is an increased risk of mechanical damage or soiling, we recommend protection to all floors, in order to protect the upper surface of the floor from potential damage, and thus prolong its life. The floor will require less cleaning after such an event, reducing the time and cost of cleaning and increasing the likelihood that the hall will be ready to use the morning after the event organised the night before. Inter Floor Protection is an ideal solution in such situations. VAULTING HORSESThey are available in two versions: vaulting horse with pommels, vaulting horse without pommels. Corpus of the vaulting horse is made of glued softwood covered with compounded foam and upholstered with synthetic leather. We deal with a wide variety of materials ranging from carbon steel through stainless steel, aluminium, cop-per, titanium and ending on plastics and wood. With different technologies we are prepared for cutting profiles, tubes, rolls and shapes with extreme accuracy and precision, as well as cutting various shapes out from sheets.Thanks to applying the appropriate instrumentation we are able to cut holes of all kinds out in profiles, pipes and other shapers.

BENDING ON PRESS BRAKES

For bending service we use modern press brake TruBend 5130 by TRUMPF.We guarantee 100% repeatability of the shape and dimensions of the pieces made.

PLASTIC PROCESSING OF PIPES, SHAPERS AND PROFILES

We offer services in the field of metal forming, including: � pipe bending � cutting � sheet metal bending � stamping � rolling

WELDING

We offer welding of large- and small-scale structural steel, alloy steel and aluminium and its alloys with MIG / MAG and TIG welding.

OTHER METAL WORKS

We perform small jobs such as drilling, grinding, chamfering, grinding, deburring, pressing rivets and rivet nuts, etc.

STAMPING AND INJECTION MOULDING OF THERMOPLASTICS

We are open to cooperation both with customers who have a ready tool (for example, an injection mould) and those who do not have it, but need a product made of plastic.In order to present a detailed offer, please send an inquiry with a detail drawing, the type of material, form multiplication factor and the estimated quantities.

TRANSPORT

Interplastic has its own transport fleet. We are able to pick up the material and deliver finished parts according to a customer’s request.

ASSEMBLY

Our qualified assemblers have experience in the light assembly done on assembly tables in our factory, as well as more advanced assembly, including assembly at the customer’s premises (we have licences to work at heights).

PAINTING AND GALVANISING

We also offer powder and wet coating in all available colours. Our offer includes different types of galvanic treatments to give corrosion protection (e.g. zinc plating), or to improve the visual appeal (chrome plating).

LAMINATES

We offer making laminates based on polyester resins. For this purpose we use materials of the highest quality. Use two methods for producing laminates: injection, called also light RTM, and manual.
