    Sinclus adopts a strict Quality Control before submission of CV to the Project on the basis of the job description provided by the client which ensures least rejections.

    The responsibilities and duties involved are as : -

    Shall use its best endeavors to ensure quality and efficiency, so as to attain full compliance with all the requirements of Company.

    If asked for, shall advise on the most appropriate print media coverage, coordinate responses, assess applicant suitability, and conduct preliminary interviews.

    the Technical Team To check on the authenticity of the experience certificates and

The Screening is based on the Job Profile provided by the client and upon satisfactory outcome based on scales decided mutually the short listing of the applicants are done.

    Personal interviews are conducted at the conveniences of the client and applicants are called upon for the interviews. The logistics are arranged by us and it is looked after by senior Personnel along with the representative team of us. The applicants are put forward for the interviews upon checking and verifying the Testimonials for the claim made in the resume as a measure of quality checks.

    Appointment and Fit to Work Certifications The offer of appointment to applicant is made based on the

    interviews status based on the specific requirements from the client side.
