THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF CHIEF ENGINEER/ CHAIRMAN PROCUREMENT

COMMITIEE.

The meeting of Procurement Committee held on 05-01-2016 at 3.00 pm to open the

financial bid for the bidders invited for the work vide NIT dated: 15-12-2015 for the

work, (Construction of Boundary Wall Around 300 Acres Land at S.I.T.E Hyderabad Phase-II) i.e.

Tender No.1.

1. Bidders / Representative, who were present, signed the attendance sheet.

2. The sealed tenders were opened at 3.00 pm in all the tenders were placed on the

table.

3. There was no envelope marked "Withdrawal".

4. There was no envelope marked "Modification".

5. After counting the tenders each tender envelop was identified by given it a serial

no.

6. Bid opening sheet was prepared containing the information relating bids

announced at the opening Relevant details i.e. Name of Bidders, total amount of

each Bid, Amount of cal Deposit, Name of Bank, etc were read aloud against each

serial no in the bid opening sheet.

7. The chairman Procurement Committee encircled the quoted rates and total bid

prices.
