Once all data is collected and analyzed goes through Engineering &Designing departments and a centralized lubrication systemproject is developed according to customer requirements. After itspresentation and customer’s approval, Grupo Técnico RIVImanufacturing department starts up the manufacturing process ofthe main components to install.

The above mentioned Centralized Lubrication system installation & start‐up is carried out regarding customerrequests & available dates, by assembly technicians .

The lack of lubricant may lead to a non programmed machinery breakdown.The high cost of mandatory maintenance along with big valuable machines,drives to the need to install automatic and centralized lubrication systems.

Hostile environments like dirt, pollution, water/moisture and mechanicloads, they all combine to high wear in bearings and friction points.Therefore lubrication is absolutely necessary for a proper protection, beingRIVI lubrication systems the best choice. While machinery is running,lubricant is distributed to every lube system point automatically, at suitablequantities and time intervals.
