A Site Access Form (SAF) is to be completed and sent to your site contact. The site contact will send the approved form to Site Accommodation team, and back to you so that you can confirm travel arrangements. This needs to be done at least a minimum of 7 Days prior to arriving, regardless of the length of stay. Submitting a form does not mean your access has been approved. You must receive confirmation of an approved SAF before you book travel to site.
